The temple of Shri Karni Mata located at Deshnoke and her incarnation is extremely exclusive. But, in this Kalyug, Shri Sayar Maa was incarnated as the incarnation of Shri Karni Mata. Shri Karni Mata was born in the 10th generation of the Kiniya clan of the Charan dynasty, whereas Sayar Maa was born in the 24th generation of the same Kiniya clan. She was born on Margashish Shukla Chaturdashi of Vikram Samvat 1986 in the house of Ratandan Kiniya in Kiniya Charanvas of Hudil. Her mother’s name was Chandra Kanwar Bithu.
The planets and constellations at the time of incarnation of Sayar Maa were very supernatural and her birth name was also Ridhu Bai. Sayar Maa is considered to be the full artistic incarnation of Shri Karni Maa. She gave many supernatural pamphlets since childhood, due to which the faith and fame of Sayar Maa started increasing among the people all around. The special thing is that the 94th birth anniversary of Shri Sayar Maa is being celebrated on Margashish Shukla Chaturdashi on December 25, 2023.
A grand temple is situated on the citadel
Shri Karni Kot Temple is built in a citadel on a hill in Danta Ramgarh town of Sikar district. Since the temple is on a hill, it is visible from a distance. Shri Balbir Singh, who performs daily puja in the temple, tells that Shri Sayar Maa had come to this fort in the morning on Vikram Samvat 2008 Magh month Sudi Teras. After this, on the next day, Sayar Maa laid the foundation of Shri Karni Maa Mandh with her lotus and it was named Shri Karni Kot. From miles distance devotees arrives at temple
Devotees of Sayar Maa reach the temple located in Dantaramgarh every day. However, every month on Shukla Chaturdashi, a huge crowd of devotees reach the temple. A grand aarti of Mata is performed three times daily. Along with this, during Chaitra and Ashwin Navratri, a large number of devotees stay in the court of Mother Goddess for nine days and worship there. It is believed that whoever reaches the temple of Sayar Maa with a wish, it gets fulfilled.
Oran’s circumambulation is done to every Chaturdarshi
Just as there is a circumambulation of Shri Karni Mata in Deshnok. Similarly, the temple of Shri Sayar Maa also has Oran Bhoomi. In this Oran, devotees circumambulate every Chaturdarshi. Along with the birth anniversary of Shri Sayar Maa, a tableau of Shri Sayar Maang is taken out in the chariot on Magh Shukla Chaturdashi. On this occasion, devotees take parikrama by singing chirjas.
Devotees build their houses
Devotees who do not have homes seek their own home from Sayar Maa. In such a situation, devotees design their houses with the stones kept around the temple. Devotees believe that by doing this their houses will soon be built and a dream of many years is also fulfilled.
