Rajasthan Constitution Club membership drive kicks off

The initiation of the membership process for the Constitution Club of Rajasthan is underway. Application forms are now available, and interested individuals can acquire them from the Legislative Assembly Secretariat. The club offers membership in seven categories, including lifelong, general, special, ordinary, non-residential, individual foreign, temporary, and institutional memberships.
Chief Secretary of the Legislative Assembly, Mahaveer Prasad Sharma, explained that for lifelong and general membership of the Constitution Club, members and former members of the Rajya Sabha, Lok Sabha, and Rajasthan Legislative Assembly can apply. Judges of the Supreme Court and High Court, district judges, vice-chancellors of universities, and current and former officers of all-India services can also become members of the club. Distinguished and prominent citizens, artists, athletes, scholars, journalists, writers, intellectuals, individuals who have achieved excellence in public life, and industrialists and entrepreneurs who have received national or international awards, recognition or achievements in the relevant field can also apply for club membership.
The Rajasthan Vidhan Sabha is the first legislative assembly in the country to have a Constitution Club, and the construction of the Constitution Club has been done along the lines of the Constitution Club in New Delhi.
