Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma will separately listen to the problems of the people of his assembly constituency Sanganer. For this, the work of building a public hearing centre in Mansarovar has started.
This public hearing centre will be built in the Circle-2 office of the Housing Board in Mansarovar, which hasstarted. This decision of the government has increased the difficulty of board administration, because more than one lakh systematic files kept in this office are being shifted to another place.
There is the circle office of the Housing Board at the BTU bypass intersection in Mansarovar, where the entire staff including the Deputy Housing Commissioner sits. Apart from Mansarovar Yojana of Jaipur, complete records of houses and lands of Housing Board colonies situated in Ajmer, Kishangarh, Beawar, Nasirabad, Sikar, Jhunjhunu are kept here. Sources say that more than one lakh files are kept here.
Now the work of removing these files from here and vacating the office is going on. Circle Deputy Housing Commissioner K.K. Dixit said that a public hearing center will be built here, due to which half of the office is being vacated.
According to sources, to listen to the problems of the people coming from other cities of the state, Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma will hold a public hearing at the Chief Minister’s office or residence, but a separate public hearing center is being made to listen to the problems of the people of the assembly constituency. Late Saturday evening, Sanganer SDM also instructed the board administration to vacate the office after inspecting the spot. Sources say that a public hearing center is also being considered in the community hall located in Pratap Nagar Sector 11. Here too, administration officials had visited and inspected the place.
Due to the construction of public hearing centre, the difficulties of board administration increased. The record of 1 lakh files kept here which was systematic got spoiled. Now it is being kept in some parts only. Due to this, people will face maximum difficulty in finding files in the coming time. This officer has more than 15 thousand files of Mansarovar Yojana.
Due to the establishment of the Jan Sunwai Center, the difficulties of the Board administration have increased. The systematic record of 1 lakh files kept here has been disrupted. Now, it is being stored in parts. Therefore, in the coming days, people will face the most difficulty in finding files. In this office, there are more than 15,000 files related to the Mansarovar scheme.
