A vigilant police party from Police Station Kunzer, led by SHO PS Kunzer, established a checkpoint at Ganiwani Kunzer. During routine operations, the team intercepted an individual identified as Showkat Ahmad Dar, son of Mohammad Abdullah Dar, a resident of Ganiwani Kunzer. A meticulous search of his person revealed the possession of 115 grams of Charas, a banned substance.
Swift action was taken, and Showkat Ahmad Dar was promptly arrested, subsequently being shifted to PS Kunzer where he remains in custody. A case under the relevant sections of the law has been registered at Police Station Kunzer, and investigations have been initiated to delve deeper into the matter.
