An incident that has torn apart relationships has come to light in Bikaner, Rajasthan. An old uncle committed rape with a 7-year-old innocent girl. After this, the accused himself reached the hospital with the minor girl. The police have detained the uncle and he is being interrogated. This incident took place in Chhattargarh police station area of Bikaner district.
Bikaner police said that the incident happened on Sunday afternoon. It was the maternal uncle of the minor girl who had reached the hospital here. The doctors, after seeing the girl, suspected that she had been raped. When the doctors informed the police, the SP herself reached the hospital. As soon as the accused saw the police, the accused uncle fled from there.
When the police asked the girl, she exposed the misdeeds of the accused maternal uncle. The girl told the police that she had come to her maternal home. When aunt went to the market, seeing her alone, maternal uncle raped her. The police took immediate action and rounded up the accused uncle. He is being interrogated strictly. At present the police are investigating the matter. SP Tejaswani Gautam said that the age of the victim is less than ten years. Now further action will be taken under the POCSO Act.
As soon as information about the incident was received, SP Tejaswani Gautam herself reached the girl. When the girl told the whole thing. After which the SP immediately sent police officers after the accused. The police team took the accused into custody within some time.
