Haryana Assembly Speaker Gian Chand Gupta emphasised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s commitment to delivering the benefits of public welfare policies to every eligible individual, ensuring good governance. Gupta expressed that Modi’s assurance is reaching the doorsteps of the needy in villages and cities, aiming to make India a developed nation through initiatives like the Developed India Sankalp Yatra Jansamvad.
Under Chief Minister Manohar Lal’s leadership, welfare is reaching every section of the state.
During his inspection of the stalls at the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra Jan Samvad program, Gupta interacted with beneficiaries and administered the pledge for a developed India. He acknowledged the efforts of the youth, emphasizing their role in achieving the goal of a developed India by 2047. Gupta highlighted the equal participation of local people in the development process and stressed the BJP government’s commitment to serving the people.
Gupta outlined the various achievements under Modi’s leadership, including extending schemes like tap water, cooking gas, toilets, PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, skill development, and affordable loans for farmers. He also mentioned the significant improvements brought about by Ayushman Bharat Chirayu, Nirogi Haryana, and the new education policy.
Highlighting development works in Panchkula during the BJP tenure, Gupta mentioned projects worth Rs 5 thousand crores, including two PM Shree schools and a 500-bed hospital. He detailed specific projects in Saketadi, such as sewerage and drinking water storage, with plans for the beautification of the pond and construction of a Dharamshala.
