From Love-Bombing to Victim Card: How a Narcissist Reveals His True Nature Over Time?
Every person has their better and worse qualities. These personality attributes are most powerful when it comes to their relationships. Why? Because of emotional dependency. In most cases, any conflicts in a relationship are termed usual, but there could be more to it.
Some people have a tendency to feed off their partners, peers, and even friends; they are called ‘narcissists’. They would make you feel like ‘nothing’ towards the end of their ‘long-term torture’.
So, let’s take a look at how a narcissistic person shows his true nature over time.
Love-Bombing
A narcissist will make you feel like the most important thing in the universe in the beginning of a relationship. They will shower you with gifts, flowers, and compliments.

I, Me, Myself
The focus will quickly shift to them, and not you. they will talk about themselves. Their success, their problems, their wishes, and everything about them will be the most important thing. There will be one-sided conversations.

Gaslighting
When you achieve something, they will become your biggest hater. They will downplay it or twist situations to make you doubt yourself.

Sense of Entitlement
These individuals have high expectations from their partners. From expensive gifts and special treatments to harsh behaviour over minor inconveniences, they feel comfortable in putting their 'victim' through hell.

Lack of Empathy
The most obvious trait of a narcissistic person is that they lack empathy. They have little regard for your feelings, and that too when there is something in it for them.

Hot-n-Cold Behavior
Such individuals just cannot let you go. They feed on you. They will display a hot-and-cold behavior, which acts like a drug and binds you to them.
The Victim Card
Finally, when you decide to leave them, they will use the 'victim card' to portray you as 'the problem' and move ahead in their life with no remorse.
