Three-day trip to India by the CEO of US International DFC

Scott Nathan,The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), is in India for a thre-day visit. During the visit, he will discuss opportunities to accelerate economic growth and the development in the country as well as the Indo-Pacific region. According to a statement released by the US International Development Finance Corporation, Nathan, who arrived in the nation on Monday, will visit Mumbai and Delhi to promote development projects led by the private sector. The CEO will meet with representatives from the banking, microfinance, logistics, and energy industries in Mumbai.

According to an official statement, CEO Nathan will visit DFC health investment project locations in New Delhi, meet with current clients, and meet with government representatives to explore how DFC can support inclusive growth in India.

According to the release, CEO Scott Nathan will emphasise DFC’s contribution to the Partnership for Global Infrastructure and Investment and the mobilisation of private finance to promote inclusive, values-based infrastructure development globally.
The DFC collaborates with the private sector to fund solutions to the most pressing problems that the developing world is currently facing. It also offers financing to small businesses and women entrepreneurs so that they can grow their businesses and create jobs in developing economies.
Additionally, the Development Finance Corporation (DFC) provides financial support to women business owners and small firms so they may create jobs in developing economies.
