Sodomy horror in Rajpura based orphanage, NCPCR issues notice

A strange matter came afore wherein kids below 18 are found to be involved in sodomy. This is case of a government shelter, an orphanage based out of Rajpura. The juveniles residing here are alleged to have involved in sodomy. Patiala CWC Chairman Rozy Sareen took cognisance of this matter and asked the concerned area police to file an FIR in this case. But, concerned Police officials has registered an FIR against the CWC Chairman. NCPCR checked the whole matter and served the notice to the orphanage seeking their answer
till Tuesday. 

The video of Rozy Sareen narrating plight of small boys who are forcefully sodomized is horrible. Notably, Sareen got all the video evidences where kids (boys) shared their terrible experience being sodomized by their adolescent mates. Sareen stated further in her video that a year ago a child also got HIV positive due to these activities. 

She took cognisance of this matter and wrote to the Police on 25 November to file an appropriate case. But Police filed an FIR against her.  TDG possesses the copy of the FIR and also tried to call a concerned Police official on this but no one answered the call. 

At the same time, video created a stir on the social media, Shiromani Akali Dal Chief Sukhbir Badal and Senior Leader SAD Bikram Majithia lambasted the AAP party for deterioating situation of kids at the orphanage. At the same time, leaders from BJP, Manjinder Singh Sirsa and Arvind Khanna also shared the same video while asking the ruling government if
this is a Badlav?

TDG spoke to NCPCR Chairperson Priyank Kanoongo on this matter, he stated that the NCPCR has served notice to the concerned orphanage and to the government seeking answer till Tuesday. After Tuesday, a team from NCPCR would visit the orphanage to further look
into the scenario.
