“After 64 days, the dispute between Haryana’s Home and Health Minister Anil Vij and Chief Secretary Rajesh Khullar has finally been resolved. Chief Minister Manohar Lal, acknowledging Vij’s concerns, granted leave to the Health Department’s Director, Dr. Sonia Khullar, who is also the wife of Chief Secretary Rajesh Khullar. Now, Dr. R.S. Punia, the Deputy Director-General of Health Services, will oversee the Health Department’s activities.
Sonia Khullar may be assigned significant responsibilities in another department during her absence. It is reported that Sonia Khullar will be on leave for 10 days. Starting Monday, pending files in the Health Department will be addressed. In the upcoming winter session of the Assembly, Anil Vij will respond to questions related to the Health Department.
Reflecting on the impact of the Rajasthan elections on Haryana, Kuldeep Bishnoi stated that he visited 27 areas in Rajasthan, winning 22 seats. He anticipates similar success in Haryana. Responding to Deependra Hooda’s performance in Rajasthan, Bishnoi criticized Hooda’s statements, expressing confusion about Hooda’s claim of residing on the Haryana border.
