Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah dispute; next hearing on 25 January

In the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah Masjid dispute matter, while hearing the Hindu Sena Amin survey case on Friday the Mathura court said they will hear the case on 25 January.

Meanwhile, the case the of Hindu Sena Amin survey was heard by the court of Additional Civil Judge Senior Division III.

The argument was presented by both the parties in the court and the next day of the hearing is 25 January that has court fixed.

Earlier on the petition of Vishnu Gupta of Hindu Sena the court gave the notice and to the survey report of Shahi Idgah by Hindu Sena Amin Muslim party had objected.

Moreover, on the objection of the Muslim party, the court stayed the Amin survey in the last hearing. To all the parties the court issued notices.

However, on 8 December Hindu Sena National President Vishnu Gupta and Vice President Surjit Singh Yadav said that the land of Lord Krishna’s birthplace was constructed by the Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb by demolishing the temple.
