Taking out a Pro Khalistani rally in Amritsar in Police protection or painting Khalistani slogans over government building, Khalistani movement has already taken a serious momentum in Punjab leading it further to extremism. This momentum is not only raising tension in populace of Non Khalistani Punjabi supporter but also creating a fringe in between religious string. 

Mata Kali Devi Mandir attack on 29 April has been biggest ever attack on any pilgrimage by Khalistani Terrorists in the last year though Patiala Police claimed to have arrested all the accused in the case.  Recently, on 2nd January a bombshell was found near Punjab and Haryana CM’s residence. On 3rd January, there were slogans of Khalistan Zindabad found on the boundary walls of SSP Upinderjit Singh Ghuman’s office in Sri Muktsar Sahib.

On 20 July: Outside of college and school building in Karnal

On 2 Oct: Over the water tank and Park boundary walls

On 1 December: BDPO office in Sri Muktsar Sahib 

On 20 December : Over the boundary wall of a Govt college in Sri Muktsar Sahib

Political Analyst Ramnik Mann spoke to the TDG regarding Khalistani movement in Punjab and said, “In the recent past, Punjab Police arrested teenagers involved in target killing, are claimed to be influenced with Pro Khalistani ideology. Gangsters, terrorists and Khalistani terrorists are using youngsters in lieu of easy money, brainwashing them with extremist’s ideology.” London based Sikh for Justice Pro Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu has taken responsibility of all the pro khalistani activities in Punjab along with the bomb shell. Pannu released video on this and Chandigarh Police is investigating into the matter.  

Terrorist Pannu also mentioned the political assassination of Indira-Rajiv in 1984-1991 in his video.
