Earthquake Magnitude 4.5 Strikes Afghanistan, NCS Reports

An earthquake measuring 4.5 on the Richter Scale struck Afghanistan on Wednesday, as reported by the National Centre for Seismology (NCS). The earthquake’s epicenter was located at Latitude 35.30 and Longitude 69.30, with a depth of 250 kilometers, according to the NCS.

The NCS stated, “An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.5 occurred on 01-05-2024 at 16:03:52 IST, with a location at Lat: 35.30 & Long: 69.30, and a depth of 250 Km in Afghanistan.” Further information is pending.
