On Tuesday morning, a fire broke out in the front section of the ground floor of the Old Casualty Building at Safdarjung Hospital in the national capital. Officials reported that the incident occurred around 10:20 AM, and the local security guard promptly responded to extinguish it.

Subsequently, the Medical Superintendent convened a meeting with stakeholders, including CPWD, the Estate department, and the Fire Management Team.
