A meeting was convened under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Sushil Sarwan at the Mini Secretariat’s auditorium, involving officials from various departments. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss development projects valued at over one crore rupees, in line with announcements made by the Chief Minister. Deputy Commissioner Sarwan instructed the officers to expedite the ongoing projects and ensure that completed works are documented on the CM portal.
DDPO Vishal Parashar provided the Deputy Commissioner with detailed updates on the progress of development initiatives across all departments. Sarwan emphasized the need for swift action on the Chief Minister’s directives, urging officers to accelerate ongoing projects and adhere to the designated timelines for pending works. He reminded officials that all these projects are under scrutiny from the Chief Minister’s Office. Sarwan stressed the importance of promptly uploading completed works on the CM portal, facilitating timely inaugurations for public benefit.The Civil Surgeon reported that numerous projects in the Health Department are underway as per the Chief Minister’s announcements, with significant progress on some projects nearing completion. Present at the meeting were Sameer Sharma, Executive Engineer of the Public Health Department, Satpal Kaushik, Executive Engineer of the Public Works Department, District Education Officer Aaru Vashishtha, and other department officials and staff.
