In a turn of events from Krishna Mandir to Ashmeet Chowk in Ludhiana, a bustling market witnessed the sealing of some commercial shops by the Municipal Corporation during the early hours. On reaching the scene, the shopkeepers, who had closed their shops for the night, expressed their strong opposition, stating that they were not informed about the matter beforehand. Notices were affixed outside their shops by the Municipal Corporation.

During discussions at the scene, shopkeepers revealed that they had closed their shops and returned home last night. However, when they arrived in the morning, they found notices pasted by the Municipal Corporation. The shopkeepers claim to have received no information or warning about the action taken against their shops.

Alleging arbitrariness on the part of the Municipal Corporation, the shopkeepers expressed their protest against the placement of notices outside their shops without prior knowledge. This protest has led to disruptions and a traffic jam in the area.

As of now, the shopkeepers are demanding clarification from the Municipal Corporation and have voiced their concerns about the lack of communication before such drastic actions are taken. The situation remains tense as both parties navigate through the ongoing dispute.
