According to a statement released on Tuesday, Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, gave the order to carry out relief efforts in the areas affected by the recent rain. Additionally, CM Yogi ordered the authorities to give money to those who had been harmed by the bad weather.

“There should be proper water drainage systems in case of water logging in areas. The danger mark of the rivers should be continuously reviewed”, CM Yogi said in the official statement.
In addition, the UP CM has also instructed the officials to take stock of the damage caused to the crops due to heavy rains and provide compensation to the farmers accordingly.

Farmers in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, are angry about the crops’ damage as a result of the district’s persistent rains. A survey of the damage was ordered by the officials after the Moradabad District Magistrate visited the fields.

“In case someone is left out of the survey, they can submit an application and the compensation amount will be provided to them within the next 72 hours”, said Manvendra Singh, District Magistrate, Moradabad.

The capital city of Lucknow experienced heavy waterlogging on Monday morning as a result of the nonstop rain. Due to waterlogging and road subsidence, residents in Sadar’s lower districts experienced issues. Traffic was hampered by the city’s constant downpours.
