ALI FAZAL’S LOOK IN SERIES INSPIRED BY KEANU REEVES FROM ‘JOHN WICK’

Ali Fazal shot in Maharashtra for his new series tentatively named ‘X-Ray’ and his new look is talk of the town. On his way back to the vanity van, Ali was snapped by fans. Amid heightened security, on a set cordoned off by authorities, Ali shot for an elaborate schedule of a series. Director Srijit Mukherjee had asked the crew to maintain a no-phone policy on the sets to ensure no deets gets leaked out before the wrap of the shoot.

The ‘Mirzapur’ actor was a hit with locals as he shot in Aurangabad briefly. There are reports that the week-long stint was manned by multiple layers of checks, not allowing any details to trickle out. The actor’s look, wearing a dapper suit, donning long hair, bears a striking resemblance with Keanu Reeves from the hit franchise ‘John Wick’. While it’s still unknown if the actor’s character itself bears any resemblance to that, Ali surely pulls off the look with panache.

A source reveals to The Daily Guardian, “It was a tight schedule and Ali plays an interesting part in the series. Anything about the story itself will be a spoiler. The look itself is intriguing and one can’t miss him in the ‘John Wick’ look. The series has been shot and will be released by a major OTT bigwig later this year.” Ali was last seen in popular web series ‘Mirzapur 2’ retaining the love for his character Guddu Bhaiya.   The actor also kicks off the shoot of his next, the comic caper ‘Fukrey 3 ’ even as the buzz around the next instalment of ‘Mirzapur’ intensifies.
