AAP unveils doorstep campaign to fulfil promises

Addressing a press conference held at the state office, Vinay Mishra, the state in charge of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), took a swipe at the BJP and Congress. He stated, “The political parties currently contesting elections are parties of wealthy individuals. They have money, including control over organizations like the Enforcement Directorate (ED), the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), and the Income Tax Department. On the other hand, the Congress party has seized power in several states.”
Mishra said, “In contrast, the biggest strength of the Aam Aadmi Party is its hardworking volunteers, who are always prepared for the welfare of the people.”
During the press conference, he launched the doorstep campaign, a guaranteed door-to-door program initiated by the party’s National Convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. The state in charge mentioned that on September 4, Arvind Kejriwal, along with Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, had given seven guarantees to Rajasthan, and now, they have devised a plan to take those seven guarantees to every household in the state. A 14-page SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) detailing the delivery of these guarantees to every home in Rajasthan has been prepared.
Vinay Mishra mentioned that on Friday, Lok Sabha in-charges and district in-charges will conduct press conferences in the district headquarters and Lok Sabha headquarters. Along with that, some officials from the state have been identified, and they will go to different places to provide training on these seven guarantees.
On Saturday, Lok Sabha in-charges and district in-charges will provide training in the assembly constituencies. After the training, starting on September 18, the Aam Aadmi Party will implement this campaign on the ground. This campaign, which has been launched, includes all the party officials who will go to villages to run the door-to-door campaign, and it will be monitored as well.
