In the capital of Oman, Muscat, one Indian lost its life due mass shooting, that occurred near Shia Mosque, killing six people. Announced Indian Embassy.
As per officials, six people have lost their lives and 30 have been injured. Meanwhile, Indian embassy has given its condolences to the family and has promised to assistance to deceased family.
Following the shooting incident reported in Muscat city on 15 July, Foreign Ministry of Sultanate of Oman has informed that one Indian national has lost his life & another is injured. Embassy offers its sincere condolences & stands ready to offer all assistance to the families.

Moreover, Pakistani embassy has denounced the shooting, as 4 Pakistanis too have lost their lives. It has announced, that it is currently engaging with Omani establishment to facilitate the return of the mortal remains of deceased citizens.

Furthermore, the Pakistani establishment later announced, that around 30 of its people are undergoing treatment at the hospital.
Meanwhile, the royal Oman police have promptly responded to this unfortunate incident. As for gunmen, they have been killed. So far, the police have completed the procedure of dealing with shooting.
