The protests, called by Imran Khan on November 13, aimed to demand:

Reversal of the controversial 26th Amendment, which Khan claims consolidates a “dictatorial regime.”

An FIR registered on November 26 at Kohsar Police Station, led by SHO Muhammad Imran, names 96 suspects, including top PTI leaders such as:

Former President Arif Alvi.
Ex-National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser.
Leaders Omar Ayub, Shoaib Shaheen, Zartaj Gul, and others.

ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra approved police requests for arrest warrants under various legal provisions, including:

Peaceful Assembly and Public Order Act, 2024.
