Senior Indian bowler Mohammed Siraj has become the newest bowler to reach 200 international wickets. Siraj reached the milestone with his first wicket achievement during the fifth and last Test encounter against England at The Oval. Significantly, the pacer joined a list of 25 bowlers to have achieved a double-century of international wickets in Indian colors.

He has sprinted to 200 wickets at 29-plus average, with five five-wicket hauls under his belt. Siraj initially debuted in a T20I match. Although he debuted in an ODI in January 2019, his Test debut was in December 2020.

Playing his 41st Test, Siraj has 115 wickets in all at a figure of 31-plus. Four out of his five fifers in Team India colors have been achieved in Test cricket.
