We are playing Europe and European teams and first is our respect for Europa League, for the competition, and secondly, respect Maccabi Tel Aviv.     "How we are now in the table is the most important, and we are playing tomorrow day four, we are playing at home. The first match we played at home in Bologna, we won, and tomorrow is very important more after the last match we lost in Netherlands. Tomorrow is being very important, the points." 4. WHITE FLASH 5. (SOUNDBITE) (English) UNAI EMERY, ASTON VILLA MANAGER, SAYING:     "The only thing is to be the first in the table. But with our experiences three years ago in the Conference League, last year in Champions League, and how we were managing in different moments the process through the table and with the other teams. We can set as a priority, of course, to win every match, but we lost one. And after it, of course, there are another team as well in front of us and we have to try to get tomorrow three points to be again contenders to be in the top eight." 6. WHITE FLASH 7. (SOUNDBITE) (English) UNAI EMERY, ASTON VILLA MANAGER, SAYING:     "Favourite, it is difficult to set as a favourite to one team, of course contenders, we can't feel contenders, but to win this competition is very difficult and only is winning one team. Today, morning we were having a meeting and we're speaking about it. Of course our wishes, and we are so happy playing Euro League, and our wish is to win this competition. But we have to focus on the process we are doing each match, how we must set and get our focus in each match, and then respect this competition. We lost against Go Ahead Eagles last two, three weeks ago before the break, and they showed us how we can lose some matches if we are not respecting 100%, if we are not playing focused 100%, if we are not respecting not only the teams but also the competition during the process, we are not going to win." 8. RONDO DRILL STORY: Aston Villa manager Unai Emery said on Wednesday (November 5) that he is expecting a positive response from his players in their Europa League meeting with Maccabi Tel Aviv after his side's surprise loss to Go Ahead Eagles in the last round of matches.     Speaking to reporters, Emery stressed the importance of the match after his side lost 2-1 in the Netherlands to leave them in 10th place in the table, two places outside the top eight spots that guarantee automatic qualification.     Emery is hoping that his side can use the European experience they have picked up in both the Champions and Conference Leagues to get their campaign back on track against the Israeli side, who lie 32nd in the 36 team table.     The match will be played amongst a backdrop of protests, with no away supporters allowed to attend after police raised public safety concerns.
