Former MP and BJP Election Management Committee coordinator Narayan Panchariya has claimed that his party is set to win more than 135 seats. Panchariya said that there was significant anger among the common people against the Congress government in Rajasthan.

He said, “The desire to defeat Congress was already strong, and the biggest issues were women’s safety, corruption by legislators and ministers. The public was distressed by corruption.” When asked about reinstating the old pension system, Pancharya said it was just misleading talk with no substance.

On Wednesday, Panchariya was preparing for the post-election strategy at the party headquarters. He was giving directions regarding the meeting of booth agents, and discussing how the preparations should be on the day of voting. During this, he mentioned the party’s claim of a significant victory in the conversation. He said, “We had a face in the form of Prime Minister Narendra Modi that no one could match. Victory is assured with Modi’s name. After that, the entire party fought the election unitedly. The impact of our manifesto was tremendous on the public. And, most importantly, the public trusted Prime Minister Modi’s guarantee more.”

Panchariya said, “Congress fooled the people for a full five years. They made promises during the election year that couldn’t be fulfilled. All this was done to divert attention from corruption. Notes were found in government lockers. Ministers and legislators were involved in looting. Cases of atrocities against women increased. Now, who will vote for such a government? Therefore, the public is going to give a heavy mandate to the BJP. On December 3, the lotus is going to bloom in Rajasthan.” When asked about who will be the Chief Minister, he said the high command will take a decision on this.
