Mount Abu’s temperature dips to minus 2.5 Degrees Celsius

The impact of fog and cold waves is being witnessed in the state. In Shekhawati’s Churu, Sikar, and Jhunjhunu, the minimum temperature has dropped to 3 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, on Monday, Mount Abu recorded a temperature of minus 2.5 degrees.
There was fog in Shriganganagar and Hanumangarh on Monday morning. According to meteorologists, similar fluctuations in cold and the impact of cold waves will continue in the next 2 to 3 days.

A light cold breeze started blowing in Sikar, Churu, and Jhunjhunu on Sunday night, which continued in the morning. As a result, Monday morning remained chilly here. Due to this, the minimum temperature of these cities remained low on Monday.

The minimum temperature in Sikar on Sunday was 7 degrees Celsius, which dropped to 3 degrees on Monday. Churu’s temperature dropped from 4.2 to 2.9, and in Pilani, it went from 3 to 2.5. In Fatehpur near Sikar, the minimum temperature on Monday dropped to around 5.5 degrees Celsius, reaching 0.4 degrees near the freezing point.

On the other hand, the minimum temperature in Kota, Jodhpur, and Jalore on Monday ranged between 10 to 11 degrees Celsius. In Jaipur, the minimum temperature on Monday dropped to about 1.5 degrees Celsius, reaching 8.8. There was a light blanket of clouds in the sky in Jaipur on Monday morning, but by 9 a.m., the sky cleared, and the sun came out.

People in Shriganganagar and Hanumangarh in northern Rajasthan did not find relief from the fog on Monday. On Monday, there was dense fog in urban and rural areas here in the morning. Due to the fog, the minimum temperature here remained below 5 degrees Celsius. Meteorologists say that the impact of fog could continue here for the next 2-4 days.

In Rajasthan, the weather will remain dry for the next three to four days. Fluctuations of 1 to 2 degrees Celsius in temperature can be observed. The effect of cold waves will continue in the Shekhawati and Alwar regions for the next two days. Meanwhile, the situation of fog will persist in Hanumangarh and Shriganganagar. In districts of other regions, including Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Kota, the daytime temperature will increase, and there will be fluctuations in nighttime temperatures.
