But it is as effective as it is easy.” This simple meditation practice underscores that the body’s imbalance is natural. But an individual doesn’t always have to suffer from it. Meditation means achieving such a state that you don’t suffer. In the long term, though, Meditation is the true healer.

Furthermore, meditation has much more depth, as suggested by Sri Guru, who explains that energising the Chakras plays a pivotal role in healing our bodies from within. An imbalance of neurotransmitters like serotonin, glutamate, and other chemicals is thought to cause headaches and migraines. Working on our Chakras heals and balances the body’s glands, gradually yielding long-term benefits. While meditating on Chakras, an individual undergoes several energy surges that may disturb them as a novice. However, it is best to learn and practice meditation in the presence of a Master.
