On Thursday morning, Dr Soumya Gurjar, the Greater Mayor of the Municipal Corporation, visited Albert Hall to assess the venue for the upcoming oath ceremony on Friday. The Mayor provided instructions to concerned officials regarding cleanliness arrangements from the airport to the event venue and the surrounding areas. Emphasising the need for seamless arrangements, she urged officials to ensure that guests arriving from across the country and the state do not encounter any issues.
Mayor Dr. Soumya Gurjar directed officials to make meticulous preparations for cleanliness, including the cleaning of roads, and deployment of fire vehicles, and equipment along the route from the ceremony venue to Jaipur Airport. She also instructed the officials to trim trees in and around the venue and to provide mobile and temporary toilets at the function sites.
Present during the inspection were Additional Commissioner Janardan Sharma, Deputy Commissioner Health Naveen Bhardwaj, Deputy Commissioner Animal Management Harendra Singh, Deputy Commissioner Horticulture Ravindra Singh, Deputy Commissioner Malviya Nagar Mukesh Kumar, Deputy Commissioner Jagatpura Santpal Makkar, Executive Engineer Pramod Kumar Kheri, and other senior officials of the corporation.
