During this phase, voting took place in all seats of Tamil Nadu (39), Uttarakhand (5), Arunachal Pradesh (2), Meghalaya (2), Andaman and Nicobar Islands (1), Mizoram (1), Nagaland (1), Puducherry (1), Sikkim (1), and Lakshadweep (1). Some seats in other states like Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Assam, Maharashtra, Bihar, West Bengal, Tripura, Jammu and Kashmir, and Chhattisgarh also participated.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, seeking a third term, is closely monitored due to the potential impact of the voter turnout on the final results. Notably, Bihar and Tamil Nadu witnessed a decline in turnout compared to the 2019 elections.

Final figures are awaited, particularly from remote polling stations. In states like Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh, there were notable declines in voter turnout compared to the previous elections.
