The Supreme Court Collegium bench comprising of Chief Justice of India Dhananjaya Y Chandrachud, Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul, Justice Sanjiv Khanna, Justice B R Gavai and Justice Surya Kant in its meeting held on August 03, 2023 recommended the names for transfer of Judges Allahabad High court.

The Supreme Court Collegium also reiterated the proposal for the transfer of the following judges, while rejecting the request of them for recommendation.
