The Supreme Court Collegium bench comprising of Chief Justice of India Dhananjaya Y Chandrachud, Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul, Justice Sanjiv Khanna, Justice B R Gavai and Justice Surya Kant in its meeting held on August 03, 2023 recommended the names for transfer of four judges of Punjab and Haryana High court.

Justice Avneesh Jhingan from Punjab and Haryana High Court to the Gujarat High Court
Justice Raj Mohan Singh from Punjab and Haryana High Court to the Madhya Pradesh High Court
Justice Arun Monga from Punjab and Haryana High Court to the Rajasthan High Court.
