The tourist, Bree Steele, narrates in the clip. She began by complimenting Indians as the toughest and most chilled-out people in the world. She narrated that she had to leave for the airport at 3 am, and when the Uber driver whom she booked encountered waterlogged roads, he just drove through those roads. This entire experience had left Steele shocked and surprised.
