Rahul to address Chhatron ki goonj in Dehradun on July 17

New Delhi, July 9: A month after the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi was unable to attend several programmes due to bad weather in Uttarakhand, he is now scheduled to visit Dehradun on July 17 to engage with youth in the city as part of the nationwide ‘Chhatron Ki Goonj’ campaign over the issue of NEET and other exam paper leaks issue.

According to party leaders, Rahul Gandhi, who is a Lok Sabha MP from Uttar Pradesh’s Rae Bareli is all set to address the ‘Chhatron Ki Goonj’ programme, that he kicked off from Rajasthan’s Kota last month.  

The party leaders said that Rahul Gandhi will meet with youths at Dehradun’s Parade Ground, and preparations are on to make his programme a success. 

Rahul Gandhi last visited Uttarakhand on June 4, but adverse weather conditions led to the postponement of his public rally in Almora and a scheduled interaction with ex-servicemen in Pauri Garhwal.

Rahul Gandhi during his Kota program e had highlighted that how India’s education system was a rejection model and not a selection model while also discussing the repeated paper leaks.
