Nuclear Energy Capacity to Grow Tenfold
The Prime Minister announced plans to build 10 new nuclear reactors. India aims to increase its nuclear power generation capacity by over ten times in the next two decades whereas this move will support sustainable energy goals and reduce dependence on fossil fuels.
Next-Generation GST Reforms
PM Modi revealed that the next-generation GST reforms will be unveiled by Diwali. These reforms will lower taxes on essential goods while they also aim to provide relief to MSMEs, local vendors, and consumers.
Reform Task Force for a $10 Trillion Bharat
The Prime Minister announced the creation of a dedicated Reform Task Force. Its goal is to accelerate economic growth, cut red tape, modernize governance, and prepare India for a $10 trillion economy by 2047. The task force will drive policy changes to support long-term development.
Rs 1 Lakh Crore PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana
PM Modi launched a major employment scheme worth Rs 1 lakh crore, under this scheme, newly employed youth will receive Rs 15,000 per month. The scheme aims to benefit 3 crore young Indians, connecting the nation from Swatantra Bharat to Samriddha Bharat.
