Mumbai: Upset Over Alleged New Relationship, Man Murders Ex-Girlfriend With Spanner

Upset over the alleged new relationship, a 20-year-old man named Rohit Yadav murdered his ex-girlfriend with a spanner on a busy road in Mumbai on Tuesday morning.

As per horrific CCTV video from Vasai, the man reportedly followed the girl with a spanner and inflicted blows on her until she was dead.

According to the police, this incident took place at 8:30 am in Vasai’s East Chinchpada, when his ex-girlfriend Aarti Yadav was going to office.

Furthermore, Aarti was walking on a busy road, when that man was following her and struck her on the head with a spanner.

As a result, she fell on the ground. And when she attempted to get up, the man mercilessly hit her 15 times on the head. He continued doing that, until her body became limp.

Even though another man came to stop the culprit, the attacker stopped him and threatened him with a spanner.

Due to the threat, the man withdrew and onwards, nobody tried to stop this attack.

Later, in another video, recorded by spectator, Rohit stood over the woman’s body, and bent down to pull her face and said, “Why did you do this to me, why did you do this? to the body in Hindi.

Then, he struck his final blow and walked away.

Currently, the man has been arrested on the grounds of murder. As per police officials, the man was upset, that his ex-girlfriend Aarti broke up with him and suspected, that she has another in her life.
