A massive crowd gathered on Tuesday morning in Dhangri village to attend the last rites of the six civilians killed in a terror attack in Rajouri in Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday.
Civilians were gunned down by terrorists who shoved into their houses on Sunday night. An hour later an improvised explosive device (IED) went off around 9 am on Monday at one of the victim’s houses. The blast left two minors dead and 12 injured.
Following both the attacks, on Monday evening, the Medical Superintendent of GMC Association, Rajouri said, “Six people are dead and 12 are under treatment in Rajouri in three Government Medical Colleges, Jammu.”
This is the third such incident of civilian killings in the Rajouri district in the past two weeks since December 16.
