Gurugram will become the sole city outside New York to have two Trump Towers. As Tribeca Developers and Smartworld Developers launch a second ultra-luxury Trump-branded residential project together. The development is a milestone for India’s luxury real estate sector.
Huge Investment and High-End Features Revealed
The new Trump Residences Gurgaon will be an estimated ₹2,200 crore investment. Smartworld Developers Co-founder Pankaj Bansal declared, “The total project cost will be around ₹2,200 crore for this new Trump-branded project.” The project would be completed in five years and would comprise two 51-storey Trump Tower with 298 residences.
The homes will have an all-glass façade, floor-to-ceiling windows, private elevators, and double-height living rooms in select units. A rooftop with panoramic views of the Aravalli hills will be shared by residents, highlighting exclusive living. The price per square foot is ₹27,000, and apartments will cost between ₹8 crore and ₹12 crore.
Partnership and Vision
Kalpesh Mehta, Founder of Tribeca Developers, highlighted the project’s significance, “Trump returns to Gurugram with a second project. This reflects the strength of the Gurugram market and also the partnership.”

Smartworld and Tribeca’s Roles Clarified
Smartworld Developers will manage development, construction, and customer service, whereas Tribeca Developers, being the exclusive Trump brand representative in India, will manage design, sales, marketing, and quality control.

India’s Trump Projects So Far
Kalpesh Mehta reported that this is the sixth project in India from Trump-branded and the second one in Gurugram. Four have been completed already across Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Gurugram, out of which a commercial complex at Pune has just been announced recently.
