A warm interaction between a Scottish tourist and an Indian street vendor has gone viral and gained hearts through the honesty and impressive language skills of the vendor. The video, captioned “Most Honest Man,” has gained over a million views and shared admiration with a man who is actually approaching things in life with real sincerity.

The video is filmed on the vibrant streets of Hyderabad, India. A street vendor selling pearl necklaces approaches a tourist. The street vendor openly admits that they are not real pearls but are priced at Rs. 150 and even shows the quality of the pearls by lighting them up. He assures the tourist that they are far better in quality than plastic and won’t melt.

The tourist is surprised by the honesty of the vendor, but what really gets attention is that he is fluent in English. When asked where he is from, the vendor responds promptly after hearing “Scotland,” saying, “Oh, UK!” The astonishment continues as the vendor goes on to speak French with ease, leaving the tourist and viewers in amazement.

Another sunglasses vendor comes into the conversation. The tourist puts on a pair and exclaims that it is “very expensive” at Rs. 1,000. Smiling, the pearl vendor says, “It’s tourist price,” making the tourist even more impressed with the honesty of this man.

Loving the dialogue, the tourist compliments the pearl seller, saying, “You are very honest.” The video has since gone viral across the social media and people have been praising the honesty of the seller as well as his multi-linguistic skills .

In his opinion, “He deserves a gift for honesty.” Another view was, “I would buy something from the pearl guy because of his honesty.” Third one writes, “Honesty & Hospitality in Indians (our) blood except very few.
