Himachal Pradesh Cloudburst: 30 Meters of Road Washed Away in Rampur, No Injuries Reported

In Himachal Pradesh, a cloudburst and subsequent flood occurred in the Damrali Nallah area under the Taklech sub-tehsil of Rampur sub-division following heavy rainfall. The incident, which took place around 9 PM, resulted in approximately 30 meters of road being washed away and damage to a mobile tower. Fortunately, there were no reports of loss of life or significant property damage. Upon receiving the information, SDM Nishant Tomar and DSP Naresh Sharma promptly headed to the location, as confirmed by Shimla SP Sanjeev Kumar Gandhi.
