About the EVMs

Speaking about the EVMs, Rajiv Kumar stated “There is no question of introducing a virus or bug in the EVM. There is no question of invalid votes in the EVM. No rigging is possible. High courts and the Supreme Court are continuously saying this in different judgments. EVMs are foolproof devices for counting. Allegations of tampering are baseless,” said CEC chief Rajiv Kumar.

Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar stated that India is set to surpass 99 crore registered voters with the publication of Electoral Rolls in four more states today. This milestone highlights the growing voter base and the importance of the upcoming elections in shaping the political landscape.
