One of the three accused Danish has been nabbed by the police from the Meerut district of Uttar Pradesh along with the two looted mobile phones from his possession.
After receiving the PCR call around 11 pm on May 21, the police team immediately rushed to the spot. The injured was taken to the Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Hospital for treatment and is now in stable condition.
Police have registered a complaint against the accusers and further investigation is carried underway.

The police’s further investigation identified the cause of the entire affair. After a fight with her husband Danish, Seema, a resident of Meerut, went back to her family house at Kishan Kunj in Laxmi Nagar. She wouldn’t go back to her husband’s house, even though he begged her to.

It is said that Seema was Danish’s second wife, and the couple had two children, Ahad Ali (seven years old) and Saad Ali (three years old).

When Seema went to a clinic on May 21st night for her treatment, Danish, along with three or four other people, broke into the house, grabbed his kid Saad off of Rahat Parveen’s lap, and smacked her. Danish grabbed Rahat Parveen’s phone as she tried to record the incident.

Subsequently, all the individuals involved swiftly left the premises, with Rahat Parveen chasing them and calling for help. During the commotion, Danish instructed his friend Javed to shoot Rahat Parveen while Rahat Parveen managed to escape, but one of the bullets struck an onlooker named Bilal. The accused left the spot in a car.
