Eyewitnesses reported that the driver lost control of the vehicle, leading to the tanker’s sudden crash onto the service road below. As the heavy vehicle landed, black kerosene spilled across the road, igniting instantly and causing the fire to spread rapidly. People in the vicinity panicked and ran for safety as thick smoke filled the air.
