Bihar: Nalanda returning back on track after Ramnavmi violence

In Ramnavmi violence cases, action is being taken to confiscate four houses, including district convenor of Bajrang Dal, 5 accused surrendered, forces deployed in large numbers.

On 31 March, after the Ramnavami Shobha Yatra, the police reached in large numbers at the house of the main accused involved in the violence since this morning to take attachment seizure action.

Attachment seizure action was taken in different localities of Laheri, Deepnagar and Bihar police station area of ​​Bihar Sharif. Out of these, action was taken by the police to confiscate the attachment on the orders of the court in the house of Kundan Kumar, a resident of Ayodhya Nagar of Deepnagar police station area, the chief convenor of Bajrang Dal.

On Saturday, attachment seizure action was to be taken by the police in the houses of a total of 9 accused. Out of which 5 accused surrendered due to police raid, while the police is taking action to confiscate the houses of the other four accused.At the same time, internet service has also been restored in Nalanda after 8 days.

At present, the city is slowly returning back on track. No information of violence has been received from the district including Biharsharif since 1 April. Markets are also allowed to open till 3 pm till further orders. A total of 130 miscreants have been arrested so far. So there 15 FIRs have been registered in Bihar and Laheri and Sohsarai. The district administration is constantly appealing to the people to avoid rumours.
