Allu Arjun appeared before a local court virtually on Friday. The hearing was about his bail in the Sandhya Theatre stampede case, where he is an accused.

Court Postpones Bail Hearing

The actor, listed as accused no. 11, had filed a regular bail petition. The police requested more time. Consequently, the court rescheduled the hearing for December 30.

Actor’s Arrest and Bail

Allu Arjun was arrested on December 13 in connection with the incident. He was remanded to 14-day judicial custody. However, he received interim bail from the Telangana High Court the next day and was released on December 14.

Stampede Tragedy at Pushpa 2 Premiere

The incident occurred on December 4 at the Pushpa 2: The Rule premiere. Fans rushed to see Allu Arjun at the Sandhya Theatre, leading to a stampede. Tragically, a 35-year-old woman died, and her 8-year-old son was injured. Based on the family’s complaint, the police filed a case against the actor, his security team, and the theatre management.
