Further, the petitioner also demands appointment of advocate commissioner to supervise the process.
According to Plaintiff, the mosque contains the idol of Thakur Keshav Dev from Sri Krishna Janmbhoomi.
Earlier on Thursday, Justice Mayank Kumar Jain issued an order, which directed that the case of Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah should be registered in the name of the deity-Thakur Keshav Dev Ji, Maharaj Virajman Mandir Katra Keshav Dev.
Later, the court also expressed the need for SIT report and an archaeological survey. Thus, demanding defendant’s response by next hearing date.
Meanwhile, the Shahi Idgah Management Committee had filed impleadment application, asking the court to add them as defendant in the suit.
Currently, the court has announced the next hearing on this case on August 5.
