Bollywood Actor Akshay Kumar takes a holy dip at the Triveni Sangam during the Maha Kumbh 2025 in Prayagraj. On Monday, Akshay Kumar visited the ongoing Mela in Prayagraj to take a sacred dip in the Triveni Sangam. Videos and photos of the 57-year-old at the ghat are now circulating on social media. Maha Kumbh started on January 13, 2025, with the Paush Purnima Snan and will conclude on January 26, 2025, with Maha Shivratri.

Akshay Kumar became one of the many celebrities to take a holy dip in the holy confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and the mystical Saraswati rivers. Devotees from far corners of the world have come to Prayag to witness the divine Sangam of Faith. Akshay Kumar was accompanied by his crew. Videos of him taking the dip have gone viral on the social media platforms.

Akshay Kumar can be seen wearing an all-white kurta in the video. Several fans and his crew surround him, and he further greets the people around him. The actor bowed his head in devotion. Akshay’s family did not accompany him on his trip to Prayag.

Singer Kailash Kher at the Maha Kumbh

Earlier, singer Kailash Kher also participated in the Kumbh Mela, joined by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Sambit Patra for the holy dip. Referring to the Mahakumbh as one of the world’s biggest religious fairs, the singer referred to it as a “proud moment” for India. Talking to ANI, Kailash expressed his views on the event.

He says, “A lot of saints have gathered at the Mahakumbh. Everyone is smiling and is continuing their spiritual journeys. I received the opportunity for a holy dip in Triveni Sangam at the great Mahakumbh. It is a proud moment for all of us.”

According to the government of Uttar Pradesh, more than 607.4 million pilgrims had bathed in the Triveni Sangam by 2 PM on Sunday.
