During the West Asia crisis, when westward destinations became ‘inaccessible’, travel agencies shifted their focus to re-routing travelers to domestic locations, said Rajesh Magaw, the CEO of MakeMyTrip.
The co-founder of one of India’s leading online travel companies highlighted vast tourism options in a country like India, “where the focus willy-nilly shifts,” during such a crisis.
Magaw was speaking at the induction ceremony of the new batch of FORE School of Management in New Delhi on Saturday.
