On Thursday, Governor Kalraj Mishra addressed the Rajbhasha Sammelan and Award Distribution Ceremony in Jodhpur. While addressing the event, he stated, “Hindi is not just a language but a source of culture and Indian identity. Hindi has woven together the cultural and moral values of India from the time of the independence movement to the present day.”
He said that history bears witness that during the independence movement, Hindi played a crucial role in uniting the entire nation.

On this occasion, Central Minister of State for Home Ajay Kumar Mishra stated that understanding the language of India is essential to understanding Indian culture.
He emphasised self-reliance in the fields of culture and education. He said, “The new education policy is a strong effort in this direction, and today, the use and respect of all Indian languages, including Hindi, are increasing.”
