The fifth edition of the Serendipity Arts Festival has been inaugurated by the Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Wednesday in Panaji. The nine-day festival enables the people of Goa to showcase their talent and culture in the world. “We hope this festival will inspire the artist community to make Goa the region’s cultural hub. This festival also enables the people of Goa to showcase their talent and culture in the world,” Goa CM Sawant said. However, CM Sawant also extended best wishes to 120 plus participants.
