Actor Malvika Raaj, remembered for her role as young Poo in the 2001 classic Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, and her husband Pranav Bagga have become proud parents to a baby girl. The couple shared the happy news on Sunday evening through a joint post on social media, revealing that their daughter was born on August 23.
To make the announcement, they posted a pink-themed poster decorated with balloons and bows. Alongside it, they wrote, “From our Hearts to our Arms, Our Baby Girl is Here 🩷 🌍 #babygirl #ourworld #babybagga.” The message on the poster read, “Pink bows, tiny toes and a love that overflows. Welcome to the world baby girl. 23.08.2025. Malvika And Pranav.”

Their Journey Together
Malvika and Pranav have been in a relationship for more than ten years. In August 2023, Pranav proposed to her in Cappadocia, Turkey, with hot air balloons as the backdrop. They tied the knot in a dreamy beach wedding in Goa in November 2023.
In May 2025, Malvika announced her pregnancy on social media by sharing a picture of a pregnancy kit. Two months later, in July, she enjoyed a Mary Poppins-themed baby shower surrounded by loved ones.

Malvika Raaj first rose to fame in 2001 when she played the younger version of Kareena Kapoor’s character, Pooja, in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. After taking a long break from films to complete her education, she returned to acting in 2017 with the Telugu movie Jayadev.
