Aneet Padda, best known for her role in Saiyaara, has once again impressed fans—this time with her singing skills. The actress, who has already earned praise for her acting, is also a gifted singer. Several of her singing clips have gone viral in recent months, and now she delighted her followers by sharing a new video of herself performing the title track of Saiyaara, a song that has become a sensation. What made this moment even more special was her father, Navdeep Padda, joining her in the performance. The father-daughter duet left fans spellbound, with many gushing over Aneet’s versatility.

The Viral Father-Daughter Performance

On Sunday, Aneet shared the video on Instagram, where she can be seen playing the guitar and singing the film’s title track. At first, she begins the performance alone, but later, her father—seated on the couch behind her—joins in. Sharing the heartfelt cover, Aneet captioned it, “The singing may be rusty but the love isn’t.” Fans flooded the comments section with praise. One admirer wrote, “Aneet voice when she was humming. Bhai sahab she is multi talented,” while another said, “You nailed the acting in Saiyaara, and you nailed it in this one too.”

Another fan wished for a collaboration, commenting, “Guys let’s manifest that we get Saiyaara song in ahaan x Aneet version.” A witty netizen joked, “So we had the wrong guy as Krish Kapoor this whole time.”

Aneet’s Singing Journey

This isn’t the first time Aneet’s musical side has gone viral. Earlier, a behind-the-scenes video from Saiyaara showed her casually singing Kaise Hua from Kabir Singh between takes. In another viral clip, she recreated Shreya Ghoshal’s version of the Saiyaara title track, once again impressing fans with her melodious voice.

Career Highlights

Aneet Padda began her acting journey with a small role in the 2022 film Salaam Venky starring Kajol. She later secured her first lead role in Prime Video’s series Big Girls Don’t Cry, where she played Roohi. Interestingly, she not only acted in the series but also wrote, composed, and sang an original track titled Masoom.

Her big break came with Mohit Suri’s romantic drama Saiyaara, in which she starred opposite Ahaan Panday. Released in theatres on July 18, the film turned out to be one of the surprise hits of the year, making Aneet a breakout star.
